Parks takes part in the Livingston Rotary Club’s annual “Sweet Night”
Parks took part in the Livingston Rotary Club’s annual “Sweet Night with the Rotary” fundraiser on February 14th. He and other local artist worked together, live at the event, creating artwork to be part of a silent auctioned later in the evening. The piece Parks and local artist Amber Jean worked on was the largest selling piece of the evening, bringing in a donation of $2,100. The rotary club ended up raising $7,500 during the event with another $2,300 for silent auction items. The Silent auction funds were earmarked for the Water Spray Park project in Livingston. The remainder of the money raised is going toward the Rotary Club’s Children In Need program as well as scholarships. The evening was a huge success. Parks was thrilled to be a part of the event and had a great time.
